The Wabash College Chemistry Department invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position in Analytical Chemistry or a related field to begin July 1, 2026. A Ph.D. is required by start of appointment (Analytical or Experimental Physical Chemistry degrees recommended). 168体育平台下载_足球即时比分-注册|官网 anticipate filling the position at the Assistant Professor level, but candidates at all ranks are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and research in an undergraduate liberal art setting. Teaching responsibilities include analytical chemistry and advanced electives in their area of expertise and to contribute to first-year chemistry and all-College courses.

The Chemistry Department is ACS certified, ASBMB accredited, and has six full time faculty, instrumentation to support undergraduate research, and success in securing external grant awards (NSF, ACS-PRF, Dreyfus, among others). 168体育平台下载_足球即时比分-注册|官网 have a strong culture of mentoring in teaching, which is supported institutionally by an extended new faculty orientation, faculty development workshops, and a peer mentor program.
